Learn and Lead Lunch Series
The Central Kentucky Community Foundation’s Learn and Lead Lunch series is designed to support and strengthen regional nonprofit leadership. Tailored specifically for executive directors and those in senior leadership roles, these quarterly gatherings offer valuable professional development in a collaborative, peer-focused setting. Each session features expert-led discussions on timely topics such as board engagement, stress management, succession planning, and the evolving landscape of nonprofit work. The series fosters connection among local leaders, equipping them with practical tools, fresh insights, and a stronger sense of community to help their organizations thrive. Our next Learn and Lead Lunch is happening on Thursday, November 13th at 12:00pm EST at CKCF’s Community Hall. Tickets are $15. Click HERE to purchase your ticket.

Nonprofit Roundtable
Central Kentucky Community Foundation welcomed nonprofits leaders, staff and volunteers from the region for the 4th Annual Nonprofit Roundtable. This event continues to be a meaningful opportunity for organizations to step away from the day-to-day work and spend time learning, sharing and connecting with peers who understand both the challenges and the rewards of serving the community.
Popular topics on the program included fundraising events, keeping mission focused, and creating happier work environments. Attendees heard from area experts, discussed strategies and offered practical advice colleagues could take back to their own organizations.
One of the best parts of the Nonprofit Roundtable is the collaboration that happens in the room. Whether it’s a seasoned executive director sharing how they’ve navigated conflict resolution or a newer nonprofit leader asking questions, everyone leaves with fresh insights.
This event reflects CKCF’s ongoing commitment to supporting the nonprofit sector and serving as a catalyst for philanthropy in our region.
